Paul Kelsey
Shop Manager
Paul joined us after an excellent spell at Crown Golf. His ambitions are to one day run a professional golf shop of his own. His continued work with Cranfield Coach Robbie Sherwin has seen dramatic improvements in Paul's golf. His relationship with the retail reps is second to none and this has helped him to grow his knowledge in products and how different clubs suit different golfers. Custom fitting is Paul's speciality and customer reliability is an asset which Paul prides himself on.

Tim Gold
Professional Staff
Tim has been a part of the golfing world for a number of years now, working over at Goring & Streatley Golf Club before joining the team here in 2007. He will look to start his PGA training at the end of the year. Being a low handicap golfer, his vast product knowledge and excellent custom fit skills are great assets when dealing with customers. He has also taken on writing the newsletter each week and helps out with this new website.

Charlie Hayes
Charlie is on his second spell with the company after taking some time out of the golfing world. Realising how much he missed it, he had to return. He could not believe how much the technology has improved and just how much anyone can benefit from it. He is excellent with sales and his enthusiastic personality gives the customer an experience that will leave them very happy.

Tommy Varndell
Professional Staff
Tommy has worked for Leaderboard Golf Centre for over 4 years now and is hoping to join the PGA in the near future. He has coaching from Cranfield Coach, Nick Lloyd. Tommy is a member of Calcot Park Golf Club and is breaking through the ranks of the 1st team. Tommy is learning new custom fit skills, constantly increasing his product knowledge and is an exciting prospect for the future.
